A copy of the invoice will need to be included with the return.
There is a 20% restocking fee charged against all returned parts.
Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturer defect or Kiacheapparts center error
Shipping and Handling is nonrefundable.
All items must be repackaged in their original, undamaged packaging and no defacing of packaging. If the original package has been damaged, please reach out to our customer service representatives to discuss the return.
We are not responsible for installation errors, incorrectly ordered item(s), shipping and handling charges, towing expenses, labor expenses, rental car expenses, and/or any additional repair expenses due to a part that has been installed incorrectly and/or is defective.
We cannot take back used parts.
We cannot take back installed or tried parts.
Electrical parts are not returnable.
Refused or returned shipments, there will be an additional 15% fee added to the restocking fee.
We do reserve the right to refuse and return any parts we find have been installed, are used or do not meet the above criteria.
Return request need to be within 30 days of receipt.
Refunds are issued within 10 business days of item being received. Your financial institution may take an additional 24 to 48 hours to process the refund back into your account.
Cancellation Policy
An order or a portion of an order may be cancelled up until the time it is shipped and no longer in our possession.
If the cancelled part was special ordered from the manufacturer a return fee of 20% will apply.
